By accessing and using CodeStreamm's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CodeStreamm provides AI-powered lead generation and online advertising services. Our platform identifies potential customers matching your criteria and engages them through various advertising channels to generate qualified leads for your business.

3. Service Agreement

3.1 Qualification Process

All potential clients must complete our qualification process. CodeStreamm reserves the right to accept or decline service requests based on our internal criteria and capacity.

3.2 Performance-Based Pricing

Our services operate on a performance-based pricing model. You only pay for qualified leads that respond to our campaigns and meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria.

3.3 Lead Quality Standards

A qualified lead must:

• Match your specified ideal customer profile
• Have actively responded to our advertising campaigns
• Provide valid contact information
• Express genuine interest in your products or services

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your business, target market, and ideal customer profile.

4.2 Timely Response

You agree to respond to qualified leads in a timely manner, typically within 24-48 hours of receiving lead information.

4.3 Compliance

You agree that your business and marketing practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing Structure

Pricing varies by advertising channel:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified response
• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified response
• Display Network Leads: $60 per qualified response

5.2 Payment Schedule

Invoices are generated monthly for qualified leads delivered in the previous month. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

5.3 Disputes

Any disputes regarding lead quality must be reported within 7 days of lead delivery. We will investigate and provide appropriate credits for leads that do not meet our quality standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our AI technology, algorithms, and proprietary methods remain the exclusive property of CodeStreamm. Clients receive no rights to our technology beyond the services provided.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

CodeStreamm's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all qualified leads delivered prior to termination.

11. Data Protection

We comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain appropriate security measures to protect client and lead data. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

12. Modifications

CodeStreamm reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients with 30 days notice.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
